Info from Licensor: “I caught a biker not paying attention to his surroundings, who I believe was clearly at fault. The white Jeep had his blinkers on and the biker was in his blind spot, without any lights or high visibility gear in the dark on a rainy night. Unfortunately, I was unable to stop and help at the time, but saw many other witnesses. I hope this video can help be an example for all bikers!”
